Combined with other contacts he has made since moving to Dunsborough, Michael has frequently generated "off-market" sales (in favour of our clients).
Joe joined the industry in 1990 as a sales representative with an agency in Dunsborough.
Prior to joining the industry, Joe was awarded a degree in Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, obtained his pilot license to fly small aircraft and became a professional skipper of a prawn trawler in the state’s North West for 7 years. He and his wife had also previously owned a retail business in Dunsborough which they operated for 3 years.

Joe held an elected position as a REIWA councillor for 3 years and was also the chairperson for the REIWA’s Coalition for Property Rights. His 18 years of experience in Dunsborough’s real estate industry has enabled him to observe varying market conditions. Joe has fostered a culture of professionalism and enthusiasm within the JMW team and he considers ongoing professional development of all staff a high priority in order to deliver the highest standards of service to clients and customers alike.
While Joe has played a pivotal role in the development and marketing of numerous rural residential estates in the district, he has conducted sales in all categories including residential property and multi-million dollar beachfront holdings.
Joe’s commitment to the community is well demonstrated by his roles as chairperson of Our Lady of the Capes school board and for St Vincent De Paul. He has also been a member of the St John Ambulance drivers pool and a councillor of the Western Australian Post Secondary Education Commission as well as the WACAE College Council.
Joe’s attention to detail in addressing peoples’ concerns and problems, and his honest advice to those that seek it, often places him in a position of trust and respect. Enthusiasm for life is reflected in everything Joe does and that definitely includes his ambition to provide customer service of the highest standards.

Nicole is currently studying to become a licensee and enjoys the learning curve as she applies each new theory to the practical daily tasks of marketing and selling real estate.
Nicole has a passionate approach to promoting real estate and believes that she is not only selling property but offering and promoting a lifestyle choice that she and her young family continue to enjoy for themselves.

As part of JMW’s philosophy of selling real estate in the South West and employing qualified people, David Cross has been welcomed into the team to service the areas of Gracetown, Prevelly, Gnarabup, Cowaramup, Margaret River and their surrounds. Principal of JMW Real Estate Joe White stated that it is obvious that these regions are extensions of the coastal regions surrounding Dunsborough. David’s awareness of the localities, having resided in Gracetown for approximately 13 years, is an important attribute.
JMW’s sales team has been further strengthened by the appointment of a very experienced real estate representative in Tony Branch. JMW’s licensee Joe White believes that Tony’s friendly disposition and team spirit adds value to the close-knit working team within the company.
Tony’s real estate career commenced in 1989 in Rockingham and over the next 11 years his hard work resulted in him achieving various real estate awards including three Directors Awards, a Gold Award and becoming a member of ‘The High Performers Club’.
In 2000 Tony relocated to Dunsborough and has since worked with several larger agencies focusing on the listing and sales of residential properties. The “Down South” lifestyle and freedom was exactly what he was looking for. Tony enjoys golf, fishing and snooker.
