Michael the youngest of the 3 Principals has enjoyed a 11 year experience in Dunsborough real estate which has been complemented by his prior association with the Western Australian Tourism Commission in the areas of advertising, promotions and sales.
When first moving to Dunsborough, Michael, his wife and their two children became residents of Whalers' Cove Villas as the management team which built an enviable reputation of the development being one of the most sought after tourist resorts in the district. This development is a short stay development outlet comprising 20 strata units. They continued day to day management of this resort and this provided Michael with an unapparalled knowledge of not only this category of property but the Dunsborough locality and its surrounds.
Michael is known as a quiet achiever, very much a team member who provides continual inspiration to younger members of our group and is never underestimated by peers in the industry who acknowledge his desire to service and as a result succeed in any task undertaken. His honesty, attention to detail and vast knowledge of the real estate industry in the South West are attributes which clients are drawn to when dealing with Michael.
His former involvement with the Tourism Commission, a former player for the Subiaco Football Club, Dunsborough Junior Footbal Club Coach and the contacts made since moving to Dunsborough, has created a vast network throughout the State which in many cases has enabled him to provide an "off market" sale (in favour of our clients).
Joe joined the industry in 1990 as a sales representative with an agency in Dunsborough.
Prior to joining the industry Joe was awarded a degree in Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, obtained his pilot license to fly small aircraft and became a professional skipper of a prawn trawler in the states north west for a period of 7 years. He and his wife also purchased a retail business in Dunsborough which was held for a period of 3 years.
This diverse background enabled Joe to meet and engage with people from all walks of life and he is known for his ability of always being available to friends and clients alike.
Joe was also elected to the position of a REIWA Councillor for a period of 3 years and was the Chair for the Institute's Coalition for Property Rights. Joe's 18 years experience in the industry in Dunsborough has enabled him to observe varying market conditions during which he earned a solid reputation for qualified and sound advice on all matters pertaining to the various categories of property in the region.
Joe has fostered a culture of professionalism and enthusiasm within the JMW team and also considers ongoing professional development of all staff as an absolutely vital necessity for the longevity of the Company and to also create the highest standards of service to clients and customers alike.
Whilst Joe has played a pivotal role in the development and marketing of numerous rural residential estates in the district he has conducted sales of the smallest category of residential property to the multi million dollar beachfront holdings along the bay.
Joe's commitment to the community is well known with his Chair of Our Lady of the Capes School Board and St Vincent De Paul, a member of the St John Ambulance driver's pool, a past councillor of the Western Australian Post Secondary Education Commission and the WACAE College Council and as previously mentioned a former REIWA Councillor.
Joe's attention to detail of peoples' concerns and problems, and his honest advice to those that seek it, often places him in a position of trust which is always respected.
Complimenting the expertise and experience of their 3 principals the following team members specialise in the sale of South West properties, categories of which include; residential housing and vacant land, rural residential unimproved and improved parcels, apartments for permanent and short stay, beachfront properties, rural land holdings, agricultural production lots and wineries, commercial and industrial holdings.
Prior to joining the team at JMW, Nicole secured a Bachelor of Business degree with a double major in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Nicole was formerly employed as the South West Area Manager of a multi million dollar sales region for one of Australia's iconic biscuit manufacturers and retailers and subsequently became a Freelance Marketing and Design Consultant for local media groups. Nicole is currently studying to become a Licensee and enjoys the learning curve of mixing the theory with the practical day to day issues of marketing and selling real estate.
Nicole has a passion of involvement with the promotion of real estate and believes that she is not simply selling property but offering and promoting a lifestyle choice that she and her young family have enjoyed.

As part of JMW’s philosophy of selling South West Real Estate and employing qualified people, David Cross has been welcomed into the team to service those areas of Gracetown, Prevelly, Gnarabup, Cowaramup, Margaret River and their surrounds. Principal and Managing Director of JMW Real Estate Joe White stated that it is obvious that these regions are extensions of the coastal regions surrounding Dunsborough. David’s awareness of the localities having resided in Gracetown for approximately 13 years is an important attribute.
