The property management department is directly responsible to Alan Jones General Manager and partner of JMW Real Estate. Alan’s background is detailed under the Company Profile segment of the website but a short precise of his experience includes management of residential dwellings, blocks of apartments, commercial and industrial investment properties and management of a large portfolio of local and sub regional shopping centres.
With this experience he is able to compliment the department's day to day processes and is there to guide and advise on any property management issues which may be peculiar or foreign to the processes to normal management functions.
The latest of our team members is a former Vice Captain of sailing and rugby at Christchurch Grammar School.
Cameron has an affinity with property and has already completed Certificate IV in Property at Central TAFE, is a Licensed Property Manager and has completed the Diploma in Property and was the youngest person to complete the Diploma without resitting any units. He is currently undertaking the Diploma of Conveyancing which is expected to be completed during the next 24 months. Whilst working in a Swanbourne based Real Estate firm he was awarded “The Purple Heart” for being the biggest contributor to the group.
Cameron’s positive attitude to work and study has also enabled him to complete numerous Commercial Property Management courses including, the Introduction to Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing and the Intermediate Commercial and Industrial Sales Leasing courses at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia. He has also attended specialised training at Peter Gilchrist’s seminars and is skilled in Bob Walters Property Management systems. For a person of Cameron’s age, his work ethic, experience, attention to detail in respect to his clients requirements and expectations, is well beyond his years and there is no doubt that he will enjoy a very successful career path in this industry in any specialised real estate function of his choosing.
