The canal on your boundary is the invite sublime, to the bay & beyond when the fishing’s divine.
She’s a regular shape to make building a breeze, so your move to utopia will occur with great ease.
But the Bay holds an ace so oft ignored, North facings the prize which I beg you’ll implore.
The wind at your back means a broad reach in sail, not smashing a head wind with teeth in a gale.
There’s one place in the state where the scene is arranged, in Geographe Bay & this one can’t change.
Ant the sun to the North warms your blood when its cold, the climate right here’s a gift to behold.
In time when things change & there’s no blocks to own, don’t cuss yourself then cos I know what you’ll groan!
So factor a year to complete the construction, then plan your new life of leisure resumption.
It’s a dream I admit to retire & fish, sailing or skiing – whatever your wish.
It’s no news to the world that its no fun at work, so plan an escape to retirement perks!
