We are delighted to welcome Julia Rice to the JMW Real Estate team as our new Commercial Property Manager.

Julia brings with her an impressive depth of real estate experience and a genuine passion for building long-term relationships with clients and tenants alike. Having commenced her career in real estate in 1987, Julia has spent more than three decades honing her skills across all areas of the industry, from administration and residential property management through to her current specialisation in commercial assets.

After beginning her career in Busselton, Julia spent ten years locally before relocating north, where she continued to grow her real estate expertise for the next twenty years. Nearly eight years ago, she returned to Busselton, bringing with her a wealth of regional experience and a deep understanding of property management in diverse markets.

Julia is known for her practical approach, clear communication and strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for property owners and tenants alike. Her extensive industry knowledge, combined with her local insight, makes her a tremendous asset to the JMW team and our valued clients.
