With nearly four decades in the real estate industry, Julia Rice brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to the Busselton community.

Beginning her career in 1987 in Busselton, Julia has worked across every facet of property management, from reception and administration to trust accounting, conveyancing, and heading both residential and commercial departments.

After 20 years working across northern Western Australia, Julia returned home to Busselton eight years ago, where her local knowledge and hands-on expertise continue to shine. She has managed everything from strata complexes and shopping centres to commercial and industrial portfolios, earning a reputation for professionalism, diligence and strong client relationships.

Outside of work, Julia is a passionate gardener who loves nothing more than getting outdoors. She and her husband enjoy 4WD adventures to some of Australia’s most remote and beautiful places — often discovering ancient Aboriginal rock art far off the beaten track.
