We’re excited to welcome Melissa Jones to the JMW Real Estate team as our new Property Management Assistant.

While this is Melissa’s first official role in property management, she brings with her valuable industry experience. Since 2020, Melissa has owned and operated a small business providing Property Condition Reports, Routine Inspections, and Final Bond Reports as an outsourcing service for real estate agencies across the South West. Her keen eye for detail and strong understanding of property presentation make her a fantastic addition to our property management team.

Melissa’s love for the South West runs deep. She describes the region as a place where “every season brings new colours, sounds, and smells,” and says it has truly become a part of her heart.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her children exploring everything the South West has to offer. She’s also a passionate painter who loves to express her creativity through art.

We’re thrilled to have Melissa on board and look forward to the warmth, dedication, and enthusiasm she brings to JMW Real Estate.
