Before joining the JMW team, Steph worked as a Functions Coordinator at Old Broadwater Farm Weddings, where she was responsible for coordinating events, supporting venue operations and streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency. She has also held roles in hospitality management and customer service, giving her a well-rounded ability to communicate with clients, manage logistics and deliver exceptional service in fast-paced environments.

Steph is known for her attention to detail, reliability and proactive mindset, all qualities that make her an invaluable support to both the team and our clients.

Based locally in Vasse, Steph enjoys the South West lifestyle with her family and their lively household of furry friends.
