Having originally established the forerunner to JMW Real Estate, White McMullen in 1996, Joe served as Principal Licensee until September 2024 and served as President of the Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) for 2022 to 2024.

With over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Joe has extensive knowledge of WA’s property market, particularly in the regions.

Joe has a keen eye for statistics, town planning implications and housing trends. Joe is passionate about housing supply and affordability and how policy affects the total supply and diversity of housing.
